This is interesting, thank you for sharing. I am interested in your thoguhts on tokens as a mechanism by which communities can "own" their own problem identification and solutions testing ala your "local sensing and repsonse". I work alot in Commons problems and Localization efforts to mitigate them which has obvious ovelrap with tokens, DAOs, etc.
